Return Policy

Jack Friedman accepts returns on items provided we are notified 3 days after the item has been received and the jewellery has not been worn and is in its original packaging. After inspection and approval of the return they will give you a voucher code that can be entered online to choose something else in its place or a full refund nett of return shipping costs.

We understand that buying jewellery without being able to physically examine can be intimidating, at Jack Friedman we have countless steps of quality control, therefore if you are not 100% satisfied you may return the item within the specified 3 day period we offer a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and returns are at your own courier collection cost of R79 within South Africa to have the item collected. Returns may only be done through our booking and courier.

Jack Friedman will not be held liable for any mistakes made by the customer when placing orders, such as spelling mistakes, wrong addresses or incorrect information given by customers when placing an order online.

Please ensure that all information in your online order is correct and special notes/requirements are put in the notes box on your order at check out. We receive high volumes of emails daily and could miss changes sent in by email and therefore cannot process any changes to orders sent by emails afterwards.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour and images of our product that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Some products images may be enlarged for viewing purposes.
