Miss SA visited Jack Friedman jewellers in Eastgate shopping center in support of the Winter Warmer Drive helping Hospice Wits to continue with their essential care and support to the community. Howard Fevrier handed over 6 large boxes of much needed clothes.
Jack Friedman together with Miss SA, Ntandoyekosi Kunene are thrilled to join Hospice Wits in their ongoing appeal As a Non-Profit Organization that does all their own fundraising via events and ongoing appeals to generous Corporate and Individuals donors. We realize that they are constantly working on where their “Next Rand” will come from and due to an ever increasing limitation on Donor and Government funding an increase pressure is placed on them to be more creative and sophisticated in their ability to not only raise valuable funds but find new and valuable partners to make this happen.
As palliative care provider, Hospice Wits has a multi-disciplinary and holistic approach to palliative care. They love and care for individuals diagnosed with life-limiting illness, offer psychosocial support and guidance to our patients and their families. They welcome all in need of their services. No one is turned away regardless of age, race, religion or financial circumstances.
